1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern the entire relationship between tap646 and each registered player. Access to tap646 is conditional upon full acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, these documents form the complete agreement between the parties.

tap646 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

By registering an account on tap646, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are a legal resident of or otherwise lawfully permitted to access online gaming platforms under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from tap646 or any affiliated platform.

tap646 conducts mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, UMID, Passport, SSS ID, or Voter's ID).

3. Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) account on tap646. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different phone numbers, names, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, is your responsibility. tap646 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. tap646 reserves the right to suspend accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete. Account names must match the name on the government-issued ID used for KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All player funds are held in Philippine Pesos (PHP). tap646 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your tap646 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash or Maya are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

tap646 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to: proof of identity, proof of deposit method ownership, and proof of source of funds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if KYC verification is incomplete or if the account is under review for suspicious activity.

Player funds deposited to tap646 are used solely for gaming purposes. tap646 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tap646 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to individual bonus terms that specify wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must meet a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. tap646 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice in the event of suspected abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.

6. Gameplay & Wagers

All games offered on tap646 — including slots, live casino games, bingo, sports betting, fishing games, and online sabong — are governed by the rules of the individual game and the terms of the applicable game provider. tap646 acts as an intermediary platform and is not the operator of the underlying game logic for third-party provider titles.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game round interruption, tap646 will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state. Where restoration is not possible, wagers for incomplete rounds will be returned to the player's wallet. tap646's decision in matters of disputed game outcomes is final.

Wagers placed using real money funds are subject to the minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within each game. tap646 may impose additional individual account wagering limits at its discretion, including in connection with bonus terms or responsible gaming restrictions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tap646 and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or using more than one account;
• Providing false or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in games or the platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or tap646 employees to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the platform;
• Accessing tap646 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law;
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account or access the platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward tap646 staff or other users.

8. Responsible Gaming

tap646 is committed to the principle that gambling should be an enjoyable entertainment activity, not a source of financial hardship. All players are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits;

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any tap646 content without express written permission from tap646.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tap646, its officers, directors, employees, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

tap646's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Privacy & Data

tap646 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

tap646 implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions, hashed password storage, and access controls on internal systems. Notwithstanding these measures, tap646 cannot guarantee absolute security and is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

12. Amendments to Terms

tap646 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on file or via a notice posted on the platform. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tap646's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
